According to various media reports, Raver will be playing the role of a tough, resourceful and type-A businesswoman Francis “Frankie” Reese who decides to leave her career to become an advocate for all those who suffer from the US’ complicated healthcare system. The story’s primary focus is Francis (Raver) who is dangerously misdiagnosed, and experiences firsthand the hazards of US healthcare system. The experience leaves her shattered and she decides to leave her career behind in order to become a brilliant advocate for anyone victimized by the so-called modern medical system.

The story will be written by talented Sheldon Turner who is also an executive producer along with Jennifer Klein. The pilot is being directed by Michael M. Robin with Lifson Pompan and Ulene serving as consulting producer.

Raver’s fans can’t wait to see the Lipstick Jungle star back on their TV screens. The news has already been circulated on Twitter and Instagram. The fans and followers of the actress who reprised her role as Audrey Boudreau in the hit TV series “24: Live Another Day” seem quite excited after hearing the news.

This Fine Arts graduate started her on-screen career as a child star after appearing in Sesame Street at age 6. As an adult, she bagged parts in commercials for Visa and Jeep. Her first prominent role was her Broadway debut in 1995 in the Philip Barry play "Holiday" in which she co-starred with Laura Linney and Tony Goldwyn. She has also appeared in a movie City Hall with Al Pacino.

She achieved prominence in the show biz as Kim Zambrano on the TV series Third Watch. She got wider recognition when she starred as Audrey Raines on 24 and Dr. Teddy Altman on Grey’s Anatomy. She has also appeared in movies like Martin & Orloff, Mind the Gap and Night at the Museum.

Raver is married to Manuel Boyer. She has two sons, Luke West Boyer and Leo Kipling Boyer with her husband.

Several wild speculations about whether Raver had had a rhinoplasty procedure have been circulated in the media. Many have argued that her present features look quite different from her old look. Rumors spread that she had a nose job done in order to remove a distinctive bump from her nose and to make it more beautiful and small. The actress looks gorgeous even at the age of 46.

But Raver has not spoken about it yet. In a recent interview with Ok! Magazine, she shared tips to remain beautiful and naturally healthy but she didn’t say a word about getting a surgery.

Anyway, it’s her body, so we should let her deal with it. With or without a surgery, she’ll always be beautiful to her beloved fans and we all hope that the mother of two will make a great comeback on television.
