45-year-old Sally Nugent completed her Bachelors of Arts in Communication Arts and French from the University of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England. Sally was very lucky to have got to the role as a broadcast journalist for local radio station, BBC Radio Merseyside.
In 2000’s, Sally was assigned to cover various top-end sports tournaments and games. Among all, in 2002, Sally presented the 2002 Common Wealth Games in Manchester. She used to broadcast live every single night throughout. Furthermore, Sally also covered FIFA World Cups in Germany and South Africa. She expressed that broadcasting is not as easy as it seems.
