Fitness Diva Stephanie Davis opens up about her diet regime and workout

For those of us who are eager to shed some weight and be able to fit into those size 10 gorgeous dresses, Stephanie Davis may just have the answer. Stephanie Davis is not our actress from the Series Hollyoaks and although people talk about the actress as the name Davis comes up first, the hot fitness instructor has made a name for herself and is as popular as the actress.

Davis recently shared her diet and tips for a great body during a lengthy interview with a magazine. She opened up about herself and how she was a sportsgirl from the very beginning.

“I have been involved in sports my whole life including horseback riding, gymnastics and athletics. Even as a child I couldn’t sit still as I was either outside running around or playing games with my friends. I started training about 2-3 years ago with a pretty intense workout split. I was focused back then and still am now and I remember falling in love with the results. There was an upcoming fitness competition which caught my attention as this was something I had always wanted to do. So I decided to enter it and I ended up placing first! After this great achievement I knew that all the hard work had paid off.”

Born in Carinthia, Austria and currently residing in Vienna, she has won numerous competitions which includes IFBB Bikini Fitness Int. Hungarian 2013, IFBB Bikini Fitness Int. Austria 2014 and IFBB Bodycult Challenge. She recalls wanting to be numerous different things when she grew up, ranging from a candyfloss saleswoman to a ballerina to a teacher and a dentist. Finally a fitness instructor, she seems happy with her life. She is usually seen posting pictures of her workout and parties on her Instagram account. Though not on Twitter, she has managed to garner a decent amount of fans with around 284 K followers on Instagram and many more followers on Facebook. Now of age 22, she has a long way to go and her career looks very promising. She too feels the same as she spoke,

“I hope only good things and moments! I just turned 22 and would like to still be better and be more active in the fitness scene, or connect my hobby with my lifestyle. I’ve met so many wonderful people, that makes it quite easy to find real motivation. I also love all the sweat, hard work and freedom at training. A beautiful addition result is a healthy toned body. I would also like to do more in the future, photo shoots, videos and so on. That would be pretty awesome!”

She also has uploaded many fitness related videos on Youtube and watching those videos, her workout sure looks tiring. Nonetheless, the hottie was quick to point out that it should be taken more as a fun activity. And she also stresses on how dieting is not a proper method. Asked about her usual workouts, she answered that her exercises include Single Leg Curls, Leg Press Lunges, Tricep Extensions, Dumbbell Curls, Skull Crushers, Hammer Curls, Supinated Bicep Curls, Tricep Dips, Pull-ups and Lat Pulldowns. Strong exercises!!! Guess staying glamorous really is a hard job.

She was rather tight-lipped when asked about her love-life. She appears to be single currently and we could not find much about her previous boyfriends as well. Maybe she is not much into dating!! Well, boys, she appears to be one great single lady!

  • Meal 1: Oatmeal with Coconut Flakes, Honey, 1 glass of Water & 1 serving of BCAA’s
  • Meal 2: 1 serving of Nuts (Almonds/Cashews)
  • Meal 3: Grilled Chicken or Fish with Potatoes, Vegetables & 1 serving of BCAA’s
  • Meal 4: 1 Banana and/or Dextrose
  • Meal 5: Whey Protein shake, 1 serving of BCAA’s & Smoked Salmon
  • Meal 6: Tuna Salad & Casein Protein
