Model Rebecca Judd reveals her diet plans to stay in shape despite two pregnancy with husband Chris Judd

Model Rebecca Judd might be the luckiest woman in the whole wide world. Why? Well, she is beautiful, talented and popular. She is married to an extremely handsome and famous athlete, Chris Judd, who is not only rich but a loving husband and father too. And most importantly, she has got the most beautiful, sexy and oh-so-perfect physique that is so enviable that we could not help ourselves from finding out the secret behind this diva’s body.

The Speech Pathologist and model exclusively talked to and revealed the magical secret behind her slender and fit body. But believe us people, it is nothing like we all expected.

The mother of two revealed her diet regime and the secret behind how she successfully maintained her body even after her two pregnancies. The Australian model, television presenter and the wife of former Australian Football League player Chris Judd, who presently hosts a Victorian-based travel program Postcards and weekend weather show on Nine News Melbourne, talked about her diet plans and what she does to look so sexy and gorgeous.

We all know how badly she got criticized for her thin figure after she showed off her too lean body in a bikini pic in 2014. Back then, everyone had thought that she underwent extreme diet and fitness regime, ultimately starving her. But the truth is just the opposite.

The lady with the fabulous body revealed that she never diets. She also explained how she maintains her figure despite being a mother and a busy woman. Talking to the online magazine, she said that she felt hungry all the time and revealed how much she loves food. Say what??!!

Yes people! This 32 year old stated that she regularly takes carbs because she can hardly resist hunger. She explained, ‘I need carbs otherwise I feel hungry all the time and I get angry, so I always choose high fibre, multigrain breads and I eat lots of brown rice.’

She further added that she loved to have cheese, chocolates and sweets despite high calories because she believes in a healthy and balanced diet. And talking about her heavenly body, she likes to call it the miracle of good genes, that’s all.

She told: ‘I've never dieted and stay slim due to good genes.’

She might be a foodie and all, but that does not mean that she goes on devouring any food she sees. Mrs. Judd is conscious about what she eats and what effect the food has on her body. She explained that she always avoids processed food because she thinks such food is not healthy for her body and her digestive system.

She stated: ‘I like to eat whole foods; lean cuts of meat (all meats), fresh fruit and veggies and lots of seeds and grains for fiber.’

The beauty with long dark hair made a surprising revelation that she did not indulge herself in long workout sessions. Rather, she did a mix of High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) workouts, Pilates, and running, jogging to keep herself fit and in good shape.

Dismissing all the crazy criticisms she received for her super skinny figure last year before being pregnant with her daughetr, the beauty with brain said that her body was natural and she had been that way her entire life. 'I've been really thin my entire life.'

'Even in school at six years old, seven years old, eight years old [I was] getting called skinny - same as my mum when she was in school.'

Rebecca married her longtime boyfriend and present husband on 31 December 2010 in a grand wedding ceremony. The couple has two adorable children: a son, Oscar Dylan and a daughter, Billie Kate.
