Saul Williams is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, musician, poet, writer, and actor who is popularly known for his blend of poetry and alternative hip hop and for his lead roles in the 1998 film Slam and Holler If Ya Hear Me, a Broadway musical featuring music by Tupac Shakur. He is a person with multiple talents who is currently the resident of Paris.

In an interview Saul Williams said that Kayne West is the only person for whom he had ghostwrote. He said that he ghostwrote the song “Love Lockdown”.
