Sylvester Stallone is an America born actor, producer, screen writer and a director. He is popularly known for his roles in movies such as Rocky, Rambo and The Expendables.

Sylvester Stallone's Rare pictures from Rocky

Sylvester gained worldwide popularity through his role as an Italian-American boxer Rocky Balboa in the movie Rocky (1976). The movie was appreciated by audiences so highly that it generated six sequels.

Those of you who has watched the movie Rocky must have known how Sylvester has played his part as the lead. But just few days back, after almost 40 years, 70 year old Stallone has revived all our memories through flashbacks of some rare pictures of him on the sets of Rocky - Pictures you have never seen before!

Well, it seems like Sylvester has a special friendship with matrial arts expert Dolph Lundgren, who got his major break through from Rocky IV, who acted as Soviet bocer Ivan Drago. The Grudge Match actor captioned his picture with a statement " Its always a pleasure being smashed by Dolph". What a fun-spirited man he is!

Did you know that the entire Rocky series, except for Creed, was written and directed by Sylvester Stallone himself? Apparently, he was just 30 years old when he knew that this movie would take him to such a level, he would be an idol to millions!

Sylvester Stallone's Son Seargeoh: Autistic

Seargeoh Stallone is the son of legendary actor Sylvester Stallone. Creed actor Sylvester has two sons with his first wife, Sasha Czack whom he married in 1974. Their first son Sage Moonblood was born in 1976 and their second son Seargeoh was born in 1979. Their first son Seargeoh was diagnosed with autism at a young age.He even debuted in the movie Rocky as Rocky Balboa Jr. 

Although it was really hard for both, they didnt lose hope. Ignoring everyone's advice to keep their son at a medical center, they decided to raise him with proper love and care. The former couple are also actively involved with Autism Speaks, an autism advocacy in US that sponsors for research and provides awareness regarding autism. 

Death of Sylvester Stallone's son Sage

Sage Stallone, who was born on May 5, 1976, lost his life at a mere age of 36. In July, 2012, film producer and actor Sage was found dead at his apartment in Los Angeles, California. It has also been known that Sage had been engaged at the time of his death.

Son Sage always had a dream of directing a film where his father would be a part of it. Sage, who made his acting debut alongside his father in the fifth installment of Rocky as Rocky's son, was known to have been dead three to seven days before his body was found in his apartment. Moreover, the actor who was later known to have been died of a heart attack wasn’t in contact with any of his family members four days prior to his death.His funeral was conducted at Saint Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Los Angeles, California.

Sylvester Stallone shares his grief about Sage's death

Sylvester, who was 66 years old at the time of his son's death, opened up for the first time with Good Morning America in August 2012. He expressed that it was tough to lose a heartfelt member of the family. "It’s a horrible situation, but hopefully will heal. That's the reality of life". The Expendables movie star added," It's important to get back and start re-living your life".
