Erika Alexander is a beautiful actress who is happily married to her husband Tony Puryear. Her life seems perfect. She has a successful career in Hollywood. Her other half is an artist and the screenwriter of Arnold Schwarzenegger/Vanessa Williams 1996 action film “Eraser” with whom she has been married to since 1997. They are still going strong.

Alexander has one of the most successful marriages in Hollywood. But despite being extremely happy with each other, the couple has a small drawback in their life together – they do not have any child. Alexander and her beloved husband have been married for almost two decades and it is surprising to see them without kids. It’s really very confusing because as we mentioned before the actress is very private about her life and we do not want to go digging our noses into her personal business.

Over the years, there have been several speculations about why she does not have any children. But nothing has ever been confirmed. There are still several, who are very eager to know the reason behind the couple’s lack of children. There are some secret sources who say that the reason behind it is that they do not want to become parents now as both of them want to focus on their career. They both are already past 45, so we do not see any logic on becoming a parent way past one’s age. But the sources have also revealed that the couple is planning to raise children through adoption. We don’t know how much truth is there behind the rumor but if they really are planning to adopt someone then good for them.

Alexander has always been known for her hushed up life. It is really hard to speculate much about her personal life. We all know that she is happily married to her husband and she is enjoying her blissful married life. The actress had been wedded to her partner since 1997 and now the couple is all set to celebrate their two decades of marriage. We know very well that the black beauty has a perfect little life. But she is a kind of person who loves to keep her personal life private. She does not feel very comfortable opening up about her private affairs. So, we hardly hear any rumors about this dusky beauty. She is not even active on Twitter or Instagram.

Inspite of this glitch in her perfect personal life, she has one of the most successful television careers in Hollywood. She is best known for her role as Pam Tucker on the NBC sitcom ‘The Cosby Show’ which aired from 1990 to 1992. She later portrayed the role of a strong willed lawyer named Maxine Shaw on the FOX sitcom Living Single. The success followed wherever she went. The height of her popularity increased as she rocked the role of an attorney Maxine Shaw on “Living Single”. She later appeared in the movie “La Mission” in 2009 where she played the role of actor Benjamin Bratt’s love interest.
