Even after the seven years of their divorce the ex-couple fashion designer Rachel Roy and entrepreneur Damon Dash were still in mess due to their ongoing custody battle. But the case has come to a conclusion, slowly and steadily.
In April 2015, Roy was awarded sole physical custody of both daughters and Roy and her two daughters were granted three-year restraining orders against Dash. The restraining order was approved because Roy claimed that the kids were not safe with Dash. She has also accused Dash of inflicting physical violence.
Roy got married to American entrepreneur, Dash in 2005 and they got divorced after four years of marriage in 2009. Roy and Dash have two daughters, Ava born on 1999 and Tallulah born on 2008.
According to several court documents obtained by TMZ, Dash said in court Roy threatened his life several times, stole his diamonds and threatened him to cut with a knife. Roy was also accused of driving drunk while daughter Tallulah was in the vehicle with her. She was also accused of cursing in front of her children.
As the ex-couple accused each other with so many bad things we can say that they did not had a good married life.
